Kimberly Spica, a technician at GlobalFoundries in Malta, was invited by NYS Senator Charles Schumer to attend President Joe Biden’s State of the Union address before a joint session of Congress on Thursday evening, March 7.
Spica is a 2023 graduate of GlobalFoundries’ full-time apprenticeship program that combines on-the-job training and courses at Hudson Valley Community College.
